The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority is one of the key official sources for understanding Pakistan's petroleum-pricing data. Its website separates different kinds of information, so the correct page depends on what you are trying to verify.
Oil notified prices
OGRA's oil pricing section includes notified petroleum prices, E-10 gasoline prices, Inland Freight Equalization Margin notifications, price computations and period-wise price buildup material.
District and pump-wise information
OGRA also publishes district or pump-related oil price records for oil marketing companies. These can be useful when investigating differences in final retail rates or checking company-specific publications.
Daily Platts data
During the 2026 pricing reforms, the Petroleum Pricing Committee called for daily publication of Platts data to make an important benchmark visible to the public. OGRA now maintains a dated daily Platts section.
Use Petroleum Division for the government price notice
OGRA data is only part of the picture. Petroleum Division publishes the government petroleum product price notices, while PSO provides its product-rate archive. Cross-checking these sources is more reliable than relying on an undated summary.
